Isham was born on May 8th, 1731 in Henrico Co., VA. Isham's father was Seth J. PERKINSON and his mother was Mary MANN. His paternal grandparents were Seth PERKINSON and Margaret DISON; his maternal grandparents were Robert MANN and Isabel GRIFFIN. He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 in April 1802 in Amelia Co., VA.-
