John (Rev.) OWSLEY 
John (Rev.) was born on December 12th, 1635 in Leystone, Essex, England. John (Rev.)'s father was John OWSLEY and his mother was Edith EDWARDS. His paternal grandparents were William OWSLEY and Mary UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were William EDWARDS and Edith BAGGE. He was an only child. John Owsley's name appears on the matriculation rolls for both Oxford and Cambridge Universities. He served first as a clerk at Whittlebury Church. He later was appointed Vicar of Stogursey Parish in Somersetshire and later Rector for the Glooston Parish in Leicestershire.
