James Blaine Varner 
James Blaine was born on June 16th, 1891.1 James Blaine's father was Samuel Varner Jr and his mother was Margaret (Call?) Stoffal. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Varner and Mary Hogue. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thaddeus Alonzo, Samuel Sheridan, Philip Edward, Frederick Garfield, Clara Jane, Rose M and Elsie Margaret. He was the youngest of the eight children.-
