David Lake

David was born on June 2nd, 1679.¹   David's father was David Lake and his mother was Sarah Earle.  His maternal grandfather was Ralph Earle. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Sarah. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John, Sarah and Innocent.
