Presley N Ingram

Presley N was born on February 12th, 1821 in North Carolina.¹   Presley N's father was Lemuel Ingram and his mother was Sophia Wood Billingsley.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Ingram and Winifred Nelms; his maternal grandparents were John Billingsley and Charity Ford. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Benjamin, John Billingsley, Charity Ann, Winifred Nelms "Wincy" and Sarah Jane.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 57 on August 8th, 1878 in Virginia.¹ 

‌Presley N and Maticia Orathy were married in a religious ceremony on December 6th, 1861.¹   They had a son and two daughters, named John Lemuel, Lottie Sophia and Cora Cornelia.
