Phoebe Dillard

Phoebe was born in 1790.  Phoebe's father was Joseph Dillard and her mother was Pricilla Wilkens.  Her maternal grandfather was Samuel Dillard. She had four brothers and five sisters, named James, Harcanius, Samuel, Josiah, Nancy, Gemima, Dorcas, Delilah and Lucretia.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.  She died about 1857.
