Henry Clay 
Henry was born in 1736 in , Cumberland, Virginia.1 Henry's father was Henry Clay and his mother was Lucy Green. His paternal grandparents were Henry Clay and Mary Mitchell; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Green. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Marston, Charles, Elijah, Abia, Lucy and Rebecca.General Notes

Henry Clay, son Henry Clay and Lucy Green Clay, moved to Kentucky in 1787 and died there in 1820.
He was physician; his records are preserved in Bourbon County
