Henry Stanley 
Henry was born about 1388 in of, Stourton, Cheshire, England.1 Henry's father was John Stanley and his mother was Isabel Lathom. His paternal grandparents were William Stanley and Alice MASSEY; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Lathom and Isabella PILKINGTON. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Thomas, Ralph, Isabel and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the seven children.-
