Margery Savage

Margery was born about 1416 in of Clifton, Cheshire, England.¹ Margery's father was John Savage and her mother was Maud or Matilda de Swynnerton. Her paternal grandparents were John Savage and Margaret Danyers; her maternal grandparents were Robert de Swynnerton and Elizabeth BEKE. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named William Arnold, George, Roger, John, Maude, Alice, Blanch, Margaret, Beatrice, Ann, Parnella and Ellen. She was the second youngest of the thirteen children.
