Joseph Allen Powell

Joseph Allen was born on December 16th, 1881 in Schuyler Co, MO.¹   Joseph Allen's father was David Buford Powell and his mother was Sarah Louise Rogers. He had a brother and two sisters, named Ernest S., Mary Elizabeth Dow and Charity M..  He died at the age of 61 on August 3rd, 1943 in Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., CO.  He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO.^1 1
