Francis E. POWELL

Francis E. was born on February 8th, 1837.¹   Francis E.'s father was William Powell and his mother was Catherine Sanders. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Lewis Allman, James T., Millie Elizabeth H., Martha A., Luisa J., Mary C. and Palina Ann.  He was the second youngest of the eight children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named William J., Charles W., George P., Catherine, Sara A., Jo A., Millie E. H. and Poly C..
