Charles POWELL

Charles was born in 1850 in Mercer County, Kentucky.¹   Charles' father was Charles POWELL and his mother was Susan May. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John L., William T., James, Nelson P., Elizabeth A. and Christine.  He was the youngest of the seven children. He had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named James R., Samuel G., William T., Nelson P., Chester P., Azaritan M., Ferris H., Elizabeth Ann, Hilda J., Mary C., Elizabeth C. and Male.
