Thomas Of MORAY

Thomas Of was born about 1147 in Of Stranith Or Nithsdale, Scot. and his baptism took place in Also Of, Moray, Scotland.¹   Thomas Of's father was Ranulf (Ranulph) Of MORAY and his mother was Bethoc Mrs MORAY.  His paternal grandfather was Dunegal (Dougal) Of MORAY. He had a sister named Fonia Of.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died on May 18th, 1262.  He was buried on May 18th, 1262 in Melrose.^1 1
