Frank Issac MANN

Frank Issac was born on January 15th, 1876 in Troy, Doniphan Co KS.¹   Frank Issac's father was William Lawson MANN and his mother was Sarah Rebecca LOWER.  His paternal grandparents were Adam MANN and Polly UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Issac LOWER and Matilda RILEY. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John William, Jess, Charles Abner, Mary Loretta, Edna Lillian, Ada Matilda and Eva Elizabeth.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 30 on February 14th, 1906.¹
