William II Longespear 
William II was born in 1207 in of Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.1 William II's father was William Longespear and his mother was Ela FitzPatrick. His maternal grandparents were William de Evereux FitzPatrick and Alianor de Vitrei. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Richard, Stephen, Nicholas, Isabel, Petronilla, Ela, Ida and Lora. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died in Al-Mansura, on the Nile, Egypt.1 General Notes
