William Robert E. "Bud" LOWER

William Robert E. "Bud" was born in June 1862 in Andrew Co MO.¹   William Robert E. "Bud"'s father was Issac LOWER and his mother was Matilda RILEY. He had three brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named James K, A D, Henry Issac, Mary Elizabeth "Sarah", Sarah Rebecca and UNKNOWN.  He died at the age of 89 in 1951.  He was buried in Walnut Grove Cem, Buchanan Co MO.^1 1
