Beulah Clay was born on July 2nd, 1894 in Carrollton, Carroll County, Arkansas.1 Beulah Clay's father was Anderson Taylor Coxsey and her mother was Dilla Armenta Crockett. Her paternal grandparents were James A. Coxsey and Nancy. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Carl, Living, Una Olga, Prude and Living. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Arthur B. and Loreala. She died at the age of 59 on June 11th, 1954 in Idaho.1 -
