William II de was born about 1145 in ,Stoke, Devonshire, England.1 William II de's father was Henry de BRIWERE and his mother was Miss WALTON. His paternal grandparents were William de BRIWERE and Mrs. William BRIWERE. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Richard de, John de, Peter de, Alice de and Engelesia de.
