Isaac was born in 1840 in ,,Ohio, USA.1 Isaac's father was David BETZ and his mother was Catherine CHENOWETH. His maternal grandparents were Isaac J CHENOWETH and Sarah BAILEY. He had three brothers and five sisters, named son, Lawrey, John David, Ann Rebecca, Caroline, Lorana, Melinda and Sara E. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died before 1864.1 -
