Lydia Jane Slaymaker 
Lydia Jane was born in 1817 in Lancaster Co., PA. Lydia Jane's father was Daniel, Jr. Slaymaker and her mother was Susannah Slaymaker. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Slaymaker and Agilis Young; her maternal grandparents were John Slaymaker and Elizabeth White. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, John, Amos, Hannah, Mary Ann and Eliza. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 78 in 1895.General Notes
