Anna Barbara was born about 1725 in Lancaster Co., PA. Anna Barbara's father was Mathias Schleiermacher and her mother was Catharine Schiebel. She had five brothers and a sister, named Lawrence, Mathias, Jr, John, Henry, Daniel and Margaret. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died on August 19th, 1796 in Lancaster Co., PA.General Notes

Barbara Slaymaker, daughter of Mathias Schleiermacher, was born in 1758
and died in 1831. She married Hieronimus Eckman, whose land adjoined,
and they had 8 children.
