Ruth Simmons

Ruth was born on August 11th, 1789 in Montgomery Co., MD.  Ruth's father was James Simmons and her mother was Rebecca Sheckels.  Her paternal grandparents were Abraham III Simmons and Abigail West. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Abraham IV, Isaac, James, John, Marian A., Druscilla and Syrena.  She died at the age of 74 on March 11th, 1864.  She was buried in Monocacy Cemetery, MD.
