Rachel was born on June 11th, 1730 in Gunpowder, Baltimore Co., MD. Rachel's father was Mordecai II Price and her mother was Elizabeth White. Her paternal grandparents were Mordecai Price and Mary M. Parsons; her maternal grandparents were Guy II White and Elizabeth Griffith. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Mordecai III, Samuel, Sarah, Sophie, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 82 on April 12th, 1813.General Notes
