George E. was born about 1841 in Burkington Co., NJ.1 George E.'s father was James Fuller and his mother was Hannah Berry Mathis. He had a brother and three sisters, named Sam M., Harriet Southard, Elizabeth and Mary A.. He died on August 21st, 1888 in Genoa Bluffs, Sumner Twp., Iowa Co., IA. He was buried in Ohio Cemetery, Hartford Twp., Iowa Co., IA.1 2 General Notes

Probate Record #3675, Docket 2 page 292, lists his widow & children with
dates of birth and residence as Genoa Bluffs, Iowa County, Iowa. He died
seized of West 7 acres NW SE SE. 32, Twp. 80, Range 11 and Blocks 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 28 & 29 of Genoa Bluffs. (This would have been directly
south, across the street, from his father's, James Fuller) property.
