William Dent 
William was born on December 13th, 1687 in Portobacco Quarters, St. Marys Co., MD. William's father was William Dent and his mother was Elizabeth Fowke. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Dent and Rebecca Wilkinson; his maternal grandparents were Gerard Fowke and Ann Thoroughgood. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Gerrard, George, Peter, Philip, Anne and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 7 on November 18th, 1695.General Notes
