  NOTE:
  In an August 12, 1751 deed, its three owners--George Hines, Thomas Dean, and his wife Elizabeth Mary, of Little Creek, Kent County, Delaware--sold to James Snow 200 acres, which had been bought in March 1734 by Letitia Hall, who had in turn sold it to Christopher Hines and then was made over to his widow Kathrine & George & Elizabeth Hines, their children.
  In a May 1754 deed Peter Shankmire & Elizabeth Signes seem to acquire the property (the wording of the two deeds is confusing)
