Juliene Withrow 
Juliene was born about 1817 in , , Of Tennessee. Juliene's father was John Withrow and her mother was Frances. Her paternal grandparents were William Witherow and Priscilla Richardson. She had three brothers and a sister, named Granderson, Richardson, Alonzo and Withrow. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
