Marcus Coleman was born on August 3rd, 1886.1   Marcus Coleman's father was Henry Washington Howton and his mother was Missouri Florence Harris.  His paternal grandparents were Marcus L. Howton and Emmeline Matilda Ciley.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 32 on January 17th, 1919.1
