Count Rudolph of Habsburg-Laufenburg I (III)

Rudolph was born about 1198 in Schloss Limburg, Ad. Rhein, Freiburg, Baden, Germany.¹ Rudolph's father was Count Rudolf of Habsburg-Laufenburg II and his mother was Agnes von Staufen. His paternal grandparents were Count Albrecht of Habsburg II and Countess Ita of Pfullendorf; his maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and his maternal grandmother was <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Albrecht, Gertrud and Heilwig. He was the youngest of the four children.
