Margaret le Strange

Margaret was born in 1154 in Knockyn, Shropshire, England.¹ Margaret's father was John le Strange I and her mother was Hawise. Her paternal grandparents were Duke of Bretaigne Roald le Strange (Extraneus) and Maud de Hunstanton. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, Guy, Hamo, Ralph, William and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the seven children.
