Elbert Robbins

Elbert was born in February 1890. Elbert's father was Bourbon Robbins and his mother was Mary Jane Dowell. His paternal grandparents were Prayless [Prayles] Robbins and Frances Ann Armes; his maternal grandparents were Barksdale T. Dowell and Mary Bell Basham. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Kirby, Edgar, Aaron, Ollie, Orbra, Carrie and Susan. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
