Henry was born in 1130.1   Henry's father was Count Amadeo of Geneva I and his mother was Matilda de Cuiseaux.  His paternal grandparents were Aimon Comte De Geneva II and Itha De Faucigny; his maternal grandparents were Pons Seigneur De Cuiseaux and Laura De Senecy. He had a sister named Beatrice.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 65 on July 25th, 1195.1
