Sir John Drummond of Cargill and Stobhall

John was born about 1362 in Stobhill, Perth, Scotland.¹ John's father was John Drummond and his mother was Mary Montefex. His paternal grandparents were Malcolm Drummond and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Walter Montefex and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Malcolm, Mary, Annabella and Margaret. He was the fifth oldest of the six children.
