Gustavus Brown

Gustavus was born on April 10th, 1689 in Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ Gustavus' father was Gustavus Brown and his mother was Jane Mitchelson. His paternal grandparents were Rev. Richard Brown and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were George Mitchelson and Isabel Elphinstone. He had a brother named John. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 73 in April 1762 in Rich Hill, Charles, Maryland.¹
