Sanford Brent

Sanford was born on July 5th, 1800 in Washington Co., Kentucky.¹ Sanford's father was William Brent and his mother was Elizabeth Simmons. His paternal grandparents were William Brent and Hannah Neal; his maternal grandparents were William Simmons and <Unknown>. He had a brother and six sisters, named John, Eliza, Nancy, Adeline, Sarah, Martha and Matilda. He was the oldest of the eight children.
