Frederick George Shambrook 
Frederick was born on October 7th, 1910.1 Frederick's father was George William Shambrook and his mother was Matilda Elizabeth Austin. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Shambrook and Charlotte Distill. He had a brother named William. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 86 in October 1996.1 Death Notes
