Rachel's father was John Rollison and her mother was Ann Milner.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Rollisson and Mary Rellizendale Ustler; her maternal grandparents were John Milner and Elizabeth Standerell. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Sarah, Ann, Mary, Elizabeth and Grace.  She was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  She was buried.
