Thomas was born on April 24th, 1867 in Keelby.1  Thomas' father was John Rack and his mother was Mary Richardson.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Rack (Dee) and Elizabeth Ann Parks; his maternal grandparents were Robert Richardson and Fanny (Frances) Dixon. He had two brothers and a sister, named George, William and Fanny.  He was the oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 43 on February 11th, 1911 in Manchester.  He was buried in Manchester.1
