Daniel Mitchell

Daniel was born in 1801 and his baptism took place on January 25th, 1801 in Steeple Ashton.

Daniel's father was Thomas Mitchell and his mother was Betty dJoshua Beaven.  His paternal grandparents were Charles Mitchel and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Joshua Bevan and Ann Summers. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Job, Emanuel, Anna, Eleanor, Eliza and Eliza.  He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named George, Joan, Mary, Jane and Ann.  He died at the age of 84 in 1885.
