Hannah was born about 1826.1 Hannah's father was John Kidd Allanson and her mother was Margaret Trail. Her maternal grandparents were John Trail and <Unknown>. She had three sisters named Jane, Sarah and Louisa. She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother named Richard.
