Richard Elliot Steer 
Richard was born on May 30th, 1790 in Woodleigh. Richard's mother was Sarah Sture. His maternal grandparents were Philip Sture and Mary Whiteway (of Harberton ). He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 in May 1860. He was buried on May 11th, 1860 in East Allington Devon.1 Death Notes
