Kenneth Scotia Cleave was born on February 1st, 1905 in Fremantle, West Australia. Kenneth Scotia Cleave's father was Henry Scotia Steer and his mother was Evelyn May Read. His paternal grandparents were Thomas George Steer and Louisa Dix. He had a brother and a sister, named Doug Edward Cleve and Daphne Lillian May Cleve. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 81 on August 24th, 1986 in Perth, Western Australia. He was buried on August 28th, 1986 in Fremantle, West Australia.-
