George Steer

George was born in 1888 in Billingshurst Sussex.¹

George's father was Albert Steer and his mother was Edith. His paternal grandparents were George Steer and Charlotte. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, Christopher, Charlotte, Alice, Edith, Catherine and Fanny. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
