Frank Steer

Frank was born about 1902 in Woking.¹   Frank's father was Edward Steer and his mother was Fanny. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, Harry, Leonard, May, Dorothy and Nellie.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
