Aaron was born about 1894 in Sheffield, Yorkshire.1   Aaron's father was Aaron STURR and his mother was Annie STURR. He had a brother and three sisters, named Arnold, Beatrice A, Mary E and Harriett.  He was the second youngest of the five children.
