Florence was born about 1894 in Barnes, Surrey.1   Florence's father was Albert STEERS and her mother was Charlotte Biggs.  Her maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and her maternal grandmother was Eliza BIGGS. She had a sister named Eliza.  She was the younger of the two children.
