Florence was born about 1878 in London.1   Florence's father was Robert J STEERS and her mother was Mary A STEERS.  Her paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>; her maternal grandfather is <Unknown> and her maternal grandmother was Mary E NELSON. She had three brothers named Charles R, Francis H and Ernest V.  She was the second oldest of the four children.
