Ernest Albert's father was Henry Job STEERS and his mother was Eliza HANSON.  His paternal grandparents were Job STEER and Catherine WOOLLEY. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William Henry Richard, Frederick Charles, Joseph Edward, Albert Edward, Alice Elizabeth and Edith Naomi Catherine.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 1 in January 1888 in Balham, London SW..  He was buried on January 28th, 1888 in Norwood Cemetery, Norwood, London SE..^1 2
