Charlotte was born about 1847 in Lowick, Northamptonshire.1   Charlotte's father was Benjamin STEERS and her mother is <Unknown>. She had two brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, Samuel and Elizabeth.  She was the oldest of the four children.  Charlotte is no longer alive.
