Alfred Edward was born about 1864 in Staffordshire.1   Alfred Edward's father was George STEERS and his mother was Hannah STEERS. He had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas Bradbury, George Henry, William James and Lizzie Ann.  He was the third oldest of the five children.
